METYS

METYS develops and markets a range of services based on INRAE’s expertise in the fields of Environment and Ecotechnologies. Serving innovation and partnership, and working in close collaboration with INRAE’s research teams, METYS facilitates the transfer and technology maturation of INRAE’s innovations, while also handling the marketing and commercialization of the associated know-how.

The METYS offering includes a variety of specialized services in environmental biotechnologies and bioprocesses (such as anaerobic digestion, composting, biohydrogen production), environmental impact assessment of agricultural practices (particularly on air and soil quality), metagenomic and genomic analyses, ecodesign and life cycle assessment, as well as services in bioinformatics, biostatistics, and the modeling of carbon and nitrogen cycles and agro-environmental impacts.

Directly derived from cutting-edge research conducted at INRAE, these services address major climate, agricultural, and industrial challenges in the fields of environment, agriculture, energy, food, biotechnology, and health.
